I am Delesa Bosworth. I teach K-6 Title I math and 8th grade math in Kimball school. I am in my 32nd year of teaching. I have taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade and SPED over the course of my teaching career.
Hello, my name is Nikki Sheehan and I am from Watertown. I taught 4th grade for one year, 5th grade for two years, and 6th grade for 3 years. I have currently stepped away from teaching for two years as I stay at home with my two year old. However, I still sub in my district and stay involved in the teaching world!
Hello! I'm Morgan Hinds from Sioux City. I've been teaching at Dakota Valley School District for the past 11 years. I've been in a self-contained classroom for the past 4 years with a program that I created. I am always looking to try to improve the things in my life and I'm hoping this book study will do that.
Hi! I am Holly Smith. I taught in the public school system in AZ for 15 years. Took 7 years off to raise my two girls and now teach at the school they attend. Watertown Christian School. I have my AZ teaching certificate but need to renew my South Dakota cert. I have taught 5th, 4th, 2nd, K, Reading Interventionist, Reading Coach and currently 2nd Grade and I love it. Excited to jump back in and learn. Happy to meet you all.

I am a stay-at-home mom. I have 5 children. I am trying to stay polished up as someday I may go back to teaching. I have taught Kindergarten; 5th grade and have long-term substitute taught in pre-K.
Hi everyone - My name is Krista Weiland and I work for the Sioux City Community School District. This is my 19th year as an educator and look forward to many more years of teaching. My daughter will be graduating from college this May and my son is a junior in high school this year. I love spending time with my family and look forward the the extra time that summer break brings. I have already started reading Grading Smarter Not Harder and it looks to be a very good read!
Hello - My name is Rachael Tiedeman and I work for the SFSD. This is my 24th year as a music educator. My kids are 20, 21, and 23 with the oldest getting married this summer!
